We have a flat rate $90 call out fee to all new jobs, so that we can provide you with our full attention and quality service. This fee covers our tradesman’s time, costs associated with travel and keeping our vehicles on the road and fully stocked so that we can perform a wide range of jobs on the spot.

Booking: You will speak to one of our friendly office team members that will take your information and details about the nature of the plumbing service you require.

Quote: One of our tradesmen will arrive to assess your home or commercial space and provide a quotation, this is called a ‘call out’. They will provide a written quote with upfront pricing for all work deemed necessary or desired.

Work Order: If you wish to go ahead with your quotation, we will complete the work in a timely, clean manner either on the day, or at an agreed upon time for larger jobs or jobs where additional hardware is required. We will leave your home or office clean and tidy and remove any rubbish as well as old fittings or fixtures.

At Magnolia Plumbing, we believe in providing full transparency when it comes to pricing, for every job. We believe that all quotes should be fair and honest and should give you all the information for you to make an informed decision before any work goes ahead. This means no nasty surprise charges midway through or at the end of a job!

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express (3% surcharge) and cash payments. Cheques are not accepted. Payments are strictly upon completion of works carried out. Receipts of payment will be provided via email, or a paper copy can be mailed to you if you would prefer (please mention this to your tradesman on the day).

Yes, our plumbers are available on call for emergencies. This is assessed on a case by case basis, and after hours call out rates apply.
