We have a flat rate $90 call out fee to all new jobs, so that we can provide you with our full attention and quality service. This fee covers our tradesman’s time, costs associated with travel and keeping our vehicles on the road and fully stocked so that we can perform a wide range of jobs on the spot.

You will speak to one of our friendly office team members that will take your information and information about the nature of the plumbing service you require. One of our tradesmen will arrive to assess your home or commercial space and provide a quotation, this is called a ‘call out’. If you decide to accept the quotation, we will complete the work in a timely, clean manner and remove any rubbish/old fittings or fixtures.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express (3% surcharge) and cash payments. Cheques are not accepted. Payments are required same day, upon completion of works carried out. Receipts will be provided via email, or a paper copy can be mailed to you (please mention this to your tradesman).

Yes, our plumbers are available on call for emergencies. This is assessed on a case by case basis, and after hours rates apply.
